As the Sail for Gold Regatta was in full flow on Friday, the RYA's own Satellite link suffered problems and the BBC's Red Button service was put at risk.
Max WiFi were consulted and successfully re-designed the media centre network to include providing additional bandwidth to the Red Button service.
"Even though we had very little time to work on the situation, we were still successful in finding an immediate solution for Red Button . We were able to monitor the traffic and customise the bandwidth accordingly" said Max WiFi's Network Engineer Adam Merritt.
