To deliver our services we need to work closely with you to fully understand the issues that you face and the solutions that you need.
Often we can discuss your event over the telephone and produce an estimation of cost for you but ideally we prefer to meet you and spend some time gathering as much information as possible to produce a very concise quote.
From the point of acceptance of the quote, our technical team will take over and start work on the project plan. They will liaise with you throughout to check deadlines, installation dates and solutions.
Finally, they will meet with you again and present the plan back to you to make sure it’s exactly what you need and once your approval has been given, the team will start preparing the equipment and testing the network on our test benches.
Once all of this has taken place we will install the network on site in preparation for your event.
