The Royal Windsor Horse Show has to be one of the UK's (if not one of the world's) best known and prestigious events. Held in Windsor Castle's Home Park, the event attracts not only riders and visitors from across the world but also Royalty from just around the corner!
There was a step change in the delivery of this event as it moved from traditional telephony based services to an Internet based solution. The number of "traditional" telephone lines required dropped considerably as IP based solutions took over from an older method of provision.
The Max WiFi team once again took complete control of the site and provided all of the handsets and Internet required across the site from a single distribution point.
The Project Manager commented that " In many cases the larger charges are associated with BT running cables across a site to reach remote locations. This is something that our Technicans are very competent at doing and in turn can save the client a lot of precious budget."
Once all the services were installed and tested, the Operations Team began work delivering the event itself - safe in the knowledge that the voice and data services were ready and waiting and as always the Max WiFi on-site Technician was close at hand should any additional last minute requirements crop up.
