Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) has become the de facto standard for delivering telephony solutions to the event industry. Max WiFi first delivered VoIP to the Stella Artois Championship back in 2007 and have delivered hundreds of events since then.
The high cost associated with traditional telephone provision from “Big Telecom” means that VoIP solutions, although far more advanced and flexible, actually cost a lot less per handset.
Max WiFi can provide up to 20 Voice over IP handsets, each with its own telephone number, Voice Mail, Do Not Disturb facility, Call Forwarding and numerous other features on a single broadband line. But the really good news is there is no telephone bill at the end of the event.
The VoIP handsets that Max WiFi use also benefit from a feature called PoE (Power over Ethernet). The benefit to you is that each handset is powered from Max WiFi equipment on a single cable so each handset doesn’t take up a valuable plug socket.
